Ogera.ae provides a 2-year warranty on products from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

2.1 What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as intended by the manufacturer.

2.2 What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

  • Damage from neglect, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents from use).

  • Consumable parts (e.g., light bulbs, filters) unless they are defective upon arrival.

  • Products where the serial number has been removed or tampered with.

2.3 Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Report the Issue: If you suspect a manufacturing defect, contact our support team immediately at info@qualityprime.ae with your order number, product details, and a clear description (and photos/video) of the issue.

  2. Troubleshooting: Our team may guide you through basic troubleshooting steps.

  3. Assessment & Solution: If a defect is confirmed, we will arrange for one of the following:

    • Repair: We will facilitate the repair of the product through an authorized service center.

    • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable model.

    • Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a prorated or full refund may be issued.

2.4 Manufacturer's Warranty:
Please note that some products may come with an additional international manufacturer's warranty. Our 2-year warranty is provided by Ogera.ae and works in conjunction with any manufacturer's coverage to ensure you are protected.
