We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery for items in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice).

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon arrival:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or opened from their sealed packaging.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.

  • Software, DVDs, or other items where the seal is broken.

1.3 The Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing us at info@qualityprime.ae or contacting our customer service team within the 7-day window. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for return.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  4. Resolution:

    • Refund: Upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    • Exchange: We will ship the replacement item once the return is approved.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
